The app is Meta Data rejected, pending some replies from me. There is no reply button, and I'm not sure how to pass along my answers. It seems the "Reply" button is missing. Has anyone experienced this before?

iTunes Connect has had severe problems for a couple of days. You may also be unable to view builds, enable TestFlight, change pricing, add a build, etc.
There are many other threads already posted on the topic.
You can try calling Developer Support as noted in other threads. Good luck.
Call em' up - don't let them blow you off by telling you they haven't heard of any issues w/iTC, or to open a support ticket (unless you like to sit on your hands), or pushing you back here. Be nice, be patient, but make it their problem.

The solved the problem for me after what appears to be a server side fix:
If you are using Safari, from the Develop Menu choose the action to "Empty Caches".
If you do not see the Develop menu, then go to the Safari >> Preferences >> Advanced menu, and enable the "Show develop in menu bar" checkbox.
