tvOS download dSYMs fails

I try to download dSYMs of a tvOS app which is in production.

The app has a corresponding iOS version with the same BUNDLE_ID.


The download fails with this error:

Missing App Version


An app record for "BUNDLE_ID" was found but a matching version for "1.5" build "15" was not.

If an Apple Developer is reading this: could you please somehow send me the dSYMs via email or is there another way to download it ?

The bundle_id is de.stefanpledl.localcast

I'm having the same problem. I'm also unable to access any Crash Reports even though I have TestFlight users who are experiencing crashes.

Same with Xcode 7.1.1 (7B1005)

I can download the dsyms now, but I see no stack:


LocalCast: NO_CRASH_STACK + 0


or for another crash I see a stack trace which looks like this:


Localcast: 0x1000a4000
