My App rejected for 20.1 guide line

My App got rejected for the guide line section of 20.1. Below is my project details.

1. Users can create free contest and invite other users to join.

2. Users can upload image, video and text.

3. Users will vote and based on the number of likes leader board will be generated.

4. App Owner (Admin) can only create sponsored and prize money contests. Admin have to give the sponsor name and image. But claiming the prize will be taken care in out of the app.

This is simple flow of my project. I wanted to know why my app has rejected for 20.1 - Sweepstakes and contests must be sponsored by the developer/company of the App ?

Resolve what? You just stated a guideline from the App Store.

Your app was rejected because the reviewer didn't feel that you were making it sufficiently clear that you (the developer of the application) were the ones sponsoring (in the legal and technical senses of the term) these contests.

Also, it's likely that you're not demonstrating that your app complies with the necessary legal requirements. That's really important, especially since you mentioned the words "prize money contests".

And, it's also likely that the very first thing you specifed:

1. Users can create free contest and invite other users to join.

is directly the problem. If the user created the contest, where are you making it clear that your company is sponsoring that contest?

App Review most likely decided that this is a violation of the guideline because they perceived that you are essentially handing off the 'sponsorship' of the contest to the user.
