Sometime yesterday (Nov 18th), we lost the ability to edit any info about our binaries for either internal or external testing. When we try to edit the build information and the "what to test" section, the "Save" button is never enabled. The same occurs with external testing, which prevents us from submitting any new binaries as we can't advance to the next stage. Has anyone else noticed anything similar?
iTunes connect cannot save and submit binary
I am seeing exactly the same thing. I can release a build to internal testers, but I am unable to save any details I add in the "What to Test" or "App Description" boxes etc. The Save button is greyed out during all parts of the transaction.
I have the same problem. Under "iOS Builds", I am not able to save any info after editing the info in "TestFlight Beta Information", because the "save" button is greyed out. It's been like this since Nov 24. I did this before earlier in November, and I was able to save. Does anyone know how to get this resolved? Thanks in advanced!
