I am having timeouts when it looks for what teams are available and this blocks me from being able to upload a new binary. I tried export (so I could use the standalone app loader program) but export gets the same timeout. Timeout is while "Fetching list of teams from the Developer Portal..." is displayed.
This happens very frequently, evenings and weekends are particularly bad (I'm Pacific time) I've noticed it these past few weeks especially.
Any idea what is happening?
