can I integrate payment gateway to transfer money from one to another user?

I want to implement a feature that one user can send cash transfer request to another user by unlocking their image.

The features of app is:

*UserA can send cash request for their snap.

*UserB accept & send image with lock content.

*UserA received image with lock content. When He tries to see original image. A prompt appears to transfer money UserB.
As he transfers money to UserB successfully. He will see original image of UserB.

This is the flow of my app.

Please help. Is it possible to transfer money through paypal payment gateway.

Question: Would the apple approve the features of my app payment transfer through third party integration to just unlock the snap?

I'm expecting reply soon.

You wish to transfer money through a third party payment system. Yes, it is possible to do that. But your scheme:

"....he transfers money to UserB...He will see original image of UserB"

would possibly violate guideline:

"11.1 Apps that unlock or enable additional features or functionality with mechanisms other than the App Store will be rejected"

if the "will see original image" is fascilitated through the app. You may be able to structure the app so that it doesn't violate 11.1 by instead operating under:

"11.14 Apps can read or play approved content (specifically magazines, newspapers, books, audio, music, video and cloud storage) that is subscribed to or purchased outside of the App, as long as there is no button or external link in the App to purchase the approved content. Apple will only receive a portion of revenues for content purchased inside the App"
