Xcode 7.1 upload failing

I am getting a couple show-stopper errors when trying to upload my app to the App Store.


1) The uploader hangs on "Fetching list of teams from the Developer Portal", and then finally ends with "The request timed out".


2) About 1 time in 20, I get the list of teams, but then when I try to upload the app, it errors out saying:

"iTunes Store operation failed."


C'mon Apple! The service page shows green lights for all services. Ain't necessarily so!


The biggest company in the world, and you can't handle the load? Seriously?

Was finally able to get through. It looks like they changed the roles in iTunes Connect, the Technical Role doesnt exist any more and I changed myself to Developer but that didnt work either, so I just changed myself to Admin and was able to upload.


Rediculous....

Yeah, I'd seen that information on another post.


Sadly, that's not the case here. There's one login. It's admin (and all the other roles too), so that's not the problem.


It's as if Apple's servers just don't work, or only work intermittently.


I'm even having troubles, sometimes, adding the accounts to the XCode preferences, and then downloading the provisioning profiles that below to those accounts.


I really do expect better than this, Apple!

So, solved, finally.


I downloaded the 7.1.1 version of XCode (I did not upgrade through the App Store!).


That enabled me to reliably connect to iTunesConnect, though it was still choking while uploading the API usage. I then exported my app (ready for deployment to the App Store), and used the Application Loader. During the upload, the AppLoader reported a fail while reporting the API usage to iTunesConnect, but said it was an informational message only, and allowed me to continue and upload the app.


3 days wasted on this. For shame, Apple!

Well its December 3rd and I am getting this as well, I have the Admin role already and I cannot get an archive to upload either.

As well as uploading, I has had a lot of trouble resolving code signing problems and also getting a timeout.


Any further advice would be most appriceiated on this issue,
