I have Xcode 7.1.1. When I try to upload an archive, I get a message "iTunes store operation failed. You are not authorized to use this service." I am able to upload the app using the application loader but the build has been stuck in processing for five days now. I think it has something to do with the size of the app. If I remove assets to make it smaller, it uploads from the organizer fine and shows up in iTunes connect. How can I upload my app and have it processed?
How big is that app's archive?
So one of the archives uploaded using the application loaded on December 1 finally finisihed proecessing and I was able to submit it. Interestingly one uploaded on November 27 was still processing. I am still unable to upload it directly from the organizer and get the same error message.
Smells like the unreliable backend we've been forced to come to know & luv 😉
Make sure you have the correct password for you apple id in Xcode preferences -> Accounts
