Can't update watchOS 2.0 (13S343) to 2.1

Hi all,

I have faced an issue with updating  Watch to newest OS from watchOS 2.0 GM 13S343.

My iPhone (iOS 9.2) in Watch app always shows that Software Update is available, but only to watchOS 2.0 (not to 2.1) and after trying to install error appears — "Unable to Verify Update. The watchOS update couldn't be verified because you are not connected to the Internet."

No beta profiles are on both devices.

I've tried:

Reset Network Settings, Reset All Settings, hard reset on iPhone;
Pair-unpair multiple times;
Pair Watch with different iPhone and updating it — no success;
Hard reset both iPhone and Watch.
and some other stuff;

Did enyone had the same issue with updating watchOS from GM?

i have another sort of error when i'm trying to update 2.0->2.1 :

Today I was able to update my watch to 2.0 (13S344). After that I can see 2.1 software update. No additional steps are required.
