How to write a "terms of use" agreement for my app?

Hey! Me and some friends are creating an app for the iPhone. We will make a location-based reminder app that costs € 1. We must also sign a Privacy policy contract where for example, we describe what we do if we take into users' personal data and such. But also what happens if the app does not work on a special occasion.

Anyone know where I can find a tool to write such an agreement?

Consider using this if it is accurate:

ABC Software does (if you are not a company, use “We do” instead) not collect any personal information from your use of our apps. If we have any of your personal information we will not knowingly sell or give it to anyone, except if lawfully subpoenaed to produce it, and then only after offering you a reasonable chance to challenge such subpoena if allowed by law.
