Hi;
I am trying with an interesting problem for few days. I created an ipa file by using ad-hoc deployment. I installed it from iTunes for Windows successfully at anytime until i deleted it by using "Settings->General->Profiles-><Enterprise App Profile>->Delete App" from iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.
After deleting app from profile, troubles start. Let me explain the case step by step.
- I connect my iphone to windows in order to install my application.
- iTunes automatically recognizes my phone.
- i select my iphone from iTunes, then select "Apps" from left panel.
- i select my add-hoc application from the opened list and then select "Install".
- "Install" button turns into "Will Install", then i select Apply.
- "Will Install" button turns into "Installing" and application begins to be copied into my phone.
- Application icon (not original, white installing icon) appears on iphone, and "Installing" button remains on iTunes.
- I select "Sync" from iTunes and no change (still white icon, still Installing).
- My application icon is appear on "Home Screens" of iTunes.
On the other hand, i tried the steps above over iTunes for Mac, and my application is success to install. What can be the problem? I last long hours to solve this, but no progress. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

- Windows 7 64 bit, iTunes 12.3.2.35 64 bit, iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2
- MacBook Pro OS X 10.10.5, iTunes 12.3.1.23, iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2
