Apple Expedited review times and more question

I know Apple has Expedited review, but i heard someone say an account can only submit app via Expedited review two times per year.

My Question is as follows:

1.Does Apple constraint the times or it depend on specific circumstance?

2.If a company account has two or even more apps, is every app can Expedited review use it independent count or all of them use the company account's Expedited review times?

3.If I submit an app to App store via Expedited review and was rejected, then the resubmit will faster in review than common?

Not sure but I got approved for my first app to have an expedited review, but they say I will still need to wait at least 2 weeks for it to be reviewed (ive already waited 2 weeks). I've considering giving up and just getting a refund because it seems like it's never going to get reviewed. It's just a 20MB game

Accepted Answer

1.) Apple says this about that: "If you face extenuating circumstances, you can request the review of your app to be expedited."

2.) I believe the 'count' is per dev, regardless of if it's one app or more than one.

3.) If you submit an app, then request an expedited review, and that is refused, the app simply keeps it's place in the queue as normal...there is no resubmit in that process. If you decide to self-reject and resubmit, the app goes back to the end of the general queue.

My advice is to not worry about specific numbers or gaming the system to reduce your review time and just avoid requesting an expedited review unless absolutely necessary. Then when you find you have something like a crushing bug that slips through the cracks, App Review may be more willing to help.

With this approach, turnaround can be quite quick when you need it. Otherwise, you may find App Review denies your request or that the review time is not much shorter even if they do.
