When using an Oppo HA-2 external Ligjtning connected DAC/AMP on devices running 9.3 beta I receive random static in my headphones. 9.2 works just fine. The Oppo company has been able to recreate the problem.

I am seeing the same issue, using an iFi iDSD Micro.
Just updated to beta 2 and can confirm issue is still present...
I'm sure you have but make sure you put feedback in on the feedback app of your iOS device Having same issue with my Chord Mojo
