Will an app is rejected if it access data that is only available through the company network. There's no VPN. Apple review team will get an error message that they should access "the company" network.

- My customer has a screen in his app that access Third Party service.

- This service is only available if the device is within my customer's network.

- Will the app be rejected, because the Apple Review team won't be able to test this screen?

Note: When this screen is opened outside my customer's network, an error message appears an ask the user to access my customer's network.

There's no workaround for this from my customer's side, because they can't setup a VPN connection for this Third Party service.

Any suggestions?

If you're just worried about review not seeing the app in action, create a short demo video, then put it online where review can get to it and put that info into the review notes for that app. If they need more info they will let you know.

KMT's approach will most likely work. Another approach is to have the app access some website that you can load with "app under review" or "app approved". If the app detects the first string then have the app do something suitable for app review outside the company's network.

So what is the work around for this. Create a video and send ? Do they question anything? Just by seeing the review they will accept?
