Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect

I am a Team Agent, yet when I try to login to iTunes Connect, I get the error, "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect."

I recently changed the email address associated with this account, which could be the source of the problem, but I have no problems logging into the Development Membership Center, and my previous email address/login no longer work.

Any suggestions on how a Team Agent can get access to iTunes Connect again?

Thanks.

Could you access it before? I've seen similar message on Enterprise account that don't use iTunes Connect to distribute apps.

I am also facing the same problem. Not quite sure if you found a solution yet.

My scenario is quite different from your though.

1. Originally, I was invited to join a team member of an Enterprise account. Then, I am able to login itunesconnect account and manage application for that Enterprise.

2. Recently, I sign up another Apple Developer account for myself using this email address.

3. However, If I login itunesconnect with the same email address, I will get to the page of the original Enterprise account

4. Therefore, I asked the Agent of the original Enteprise Team to remove me from his team.

5. Now, I cannot login itunesconnect anymore as it always reject with "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect."

Note: I expected that I should be able to login itunesconnect and get the information of my Apple Developer Account.

Any Ideas?

I have the same problem as a record label with admin rights and Apple can't help me / don't get it either

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same problem. The reason I changed the email address was that I suddenly couldn't login with the old one (even to the Member Center). Now that works but I can't login to iTunesConnect.

Tried to separate out my AppleID for work/private (initially setup corporate dev account with personal AppleID). Work AppleID is now the agent on the ADC but I get that same message with trying to log in with the agent account.

Any ideas?

I ended up changing the email address back (after having to delete it as an "additional email address" on my personal account). Apple ID support can't do anything and just referred me to Developer Support through the Member Center.

I've still got a few glitches in iTunesConnect (can't view Earnings but I can view the rest of the financial stuff) but I'm hoping that'll clear up since I had to re-verify the email address.

I also found a phone number that I haven't tried yet after I logged in to iTunesConnect: 1-800-633-2152 (US & Canada)

I think that's just the generic Apple Developer phone number 😟

Solved after HOURS. Just go back to your regular Apple ID and add a credit card (billing info). That was it. Not sure why they don't just say that, but here's how I found it.

I was on with an Apple Support tech and he was confused and he asked what URL I was on. I look, and the full url had something like "error-missing-credit-card-information" or something like that, and I'm like "wha???". I tried it - yep. Worked. I told the Apple Support guy that they really need too explain their errors a little better :) PS: If you click "Learn More", you get to another login screen, which looks like a circa 1997 Geocities site, but that login will just do an endless loop until you add the credit card. Apple wanty monnnneyyyy!
