How stable do you feel this version is?

I remember that iOS 8 beta was less than a chaos than iOS 7. After installing this last beta of iOS 9, how do you feel? Is your iPhone responding as you expected? (Bearing in mind it is still a beta).

It's pretty good/stable for a beta 1.

Of course, you will notice some lag, some 3rd party apps not working. But not that much that you couldn't use your phone.

In generall, I would say it's the snappiest of all the beta 1 versions I have ever tried.

Tested on iPhone 5s with update (not restore)

Using an iPhone 6... Pretty stable here so far. Restore from iTunes was pretty quick. Overall I do *feel* like everything is a bit snappier, but perhaps it's just a placebo affect. Or having just restored from scratch sped things up a bit.

It continues to ask me for my iTunes store ID and login. I've typed it in 20 times, rebooted, tried to logout in the App Store App and re-enter it, Touch ID save it, doesn't matter...anyone else having this issue?

Yep, same issue. Downloading apps has been really glitchy for me

I did a restore to upgrade to 9.0 from 8.4 beta and my iPhone 5S entered a reboot cycle when it came time to restore apps. It has gotten too hot to hold. Unplugged from Mac, let cool, tried again a few times, same result. So now, I'm using the App store to reinstall my apps. Then I'll just use restore from the manual backup I made before upgrading to get the settings. The Mac is running 10.10.4.

So far I am impressed. Normal Batter/Video Issues but seems quite zippy and such. No new Music features or News features but otherwise pretty good.

This is with just a few hours of using of course 🙂

I've noticed everything seems a bit snappier as well and there are several apps I've noticed that seem to just work better. They display faster, scroll better and just overall look better even without any upgrade to the app so far.

This beta, at least to me, seems to be much, much less chaotic than previous ones with the only issue I've found so far being the phone app doesn't work unless I'm using a bluetooth headset. I can answer the phone or place calls but there is no voice when using the handset directly.

The phone software seems very solid so far, and I'm running it on an iPhone 5. A few tiny display glitches, no 3rd party apps with issues. As fast or faster.

The watch software seems extremely slow and I've run into some pretty serious bugs already. Unlock keypad staying on screen overlayed on watch face. Pushing digital crown in doing nothing (stays on watch face). Can't get debuggin on watch to work. Notifications from Messages don't seem to come through (more testing needed).

Even though I haven't tried it on my iPhone 6, it seems very stable on my iPad, even with the games that I usually play on it.
