Where is the News App?

I've installed iOS9 beta but the new News App is not preinstalled. When someone figures out how it is to be made available to developers please let me know.

I have the same issue. Installed ios9 on iPad Air 2 and can't find news app. And the old newsstand folder is still there.

I suppose they will add the News app only in a future version. After all, this developer beta has been released only to let us test our apps.

Maybe that is ture, I thought Apple will add this to latter versions...

Just like the itunes radio.
