We have an eccomerce application that basically shows/sells adult products. Or some type of informative app that has adult content.
Would it against the policy when upload to app store?

Pls. keep in mind that you'll only receive opinions here as what app review may or may not approve/reject is only known to them and they aren't here.
And not that any app in the store is any promise of same, but do you see any others adult rated product marketing apps in the store now?
My opinion is that you can market such products in an app, but you may be required to rate the app for the appropriate age group, etc.
Check the guidelines particularly:
18.1 Apps containing pornographic material, defined by Webster's Dictionary as "explicit descriptions or displays of ****** organs or activities intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings", will be rejected
18.2 Apps that contain user generated content that is frequently pornographic (e.g. "Chat Roulette" Apps) will be rejected
Thanks PBK.
I have checked the guildlines but not sure adult product(Such as adult toys) will against the rule.
