iOS 9.3 Beta 2 not showing in Software Update

I used to be on iOS 9.3 Beta 2 and used it on my main iPhone 6S. Stupidly, I thought downgrading to iOS 9.2.1 would solve some lag issues I was having but it in fact made them worse. So now that I want to go back to iOS 9.3 Beta 2 on my 6S, it isn't showing an option to download and install iOS 9.3 Beta 2 and instead says iOS 9.2.1 is up to date. Contacted Apple who said they can't offer help apart from referring me to the developers who haven't helped either. If anybody is experiencing the same or has found a solution, please comment below

Did you find a fix yet? I purchased a new phone yesterday and it will not find 9.3

I was running 9.3 on an iPone 6. Yesterday my new 6s came and I, Installed as a new phone. Next resorted a backup, but it would only let next use a 9.2 backup. Phone booted then upgraded to 9.2.1 ok. TNext I really tried everthing to down load beta profile, which appeared successful, but after the restart it said my phone was up to date with 9.2.1. I even unenrolled, then re enrolled, but I can't get 9.3 to appear inundersoftware updates.

I've been on with regular and development support all day, no answers. They say the can't give info on Beta software and there is no support dept. for beta. When their Icloud went down today, It wiped my phone completely. I don't even use Icloud and I can't restore a backup because IOS 9.2.1 is too old. So I've got a Blank Iphone 6s plus with only beta 9.3 backups that I can't access.

I really wish they would fix this issue. I got my new phone it's 9.2.1 my old iPhone 6 has 9.3 so I cannot restore a back up... I wouldn't have bought the 6s plus if I knew it would be a problem installing the newest beta. I was told they pulled 9.3 but I have no way of knowing for sure. I do know I am ready to return the phone. I took the SIM card out and have it in my 6 for now... They have about 24 hours before it pi**es me off and I return it. Don't put a beta out then pull it after some people installed it already. Total garbage. Not to mention I did manage to find 9.2.1 beta 1 but it will not verify with Apple so it doesn't install. Apparently I am supposed to restore to an archived backup from months ago. How about just put 9.3 back so we can install and restore our phones?!? After this I'm done with this public beta crap and I sure am not paying $99 for a year... Apple you've not disappointed me until this point. Smh ridiculous

I have the same issue - I had an iPhone 6 running 9.3 and I just received my new phone 6s - I enrolled it for the public beta and installed the profile. It rebooted, installed the iOS feedback assistant but when I go to software update it still shows 9.2.1. I've tried unenroll and reenroll and even restoring the new phone and nothing works - it won't show 9.3. The only thing I can recall is I left 9.3 installed on the old iPhone 6... I wonder if you can only have 1 device updated to 9.3 ? Does it track the profile already installed ? Doesn't make sense to me but not sure what else to do

If they pulled 9.3 it would explain a lot. I got the 6s to play with some new peek and pop things, but I guess we wait . . for beta 3 or the real release.

No fix, I'm still using iOS 9.2.1 with this stupid control center lag and s*** battery life. Can you imagine that a beta version is performing better than a GM.

So have I, I've been referred to developer support so many times with no solution found. I guess we'll have to hold tight until it begins to work.. eventually..
