iOS 9 beta and Apple Watch - Not Pairing

I lost pairing as well. I had to reset the Apple Watch (thus losing all activity data 😟) and re-pair.

I had to do the same... then after the upgrade to WatchOS beta 2 I had to reset again... now I am working but I cannot install apps. Says no storage.

You can restore Apple Watch data from iCloud backup 🙂

Had similar issues: Watch not being seen by phone after upgrades to iOS9 and Watch OS2. Unpaired the watch and re-paired it. None of the apps would install on the Watch. From the Apple Watch app on the iPhone, went to the photos section and selected to sync Favorites album (which is empty). Then went to each indivdual app to trigger the install and it worked.

I have similar issue. iOS9 and Watch OS2 paired successfully, but it loses connection when the phone restarts (battery drain or restart due to app failure) Anyone seeing the same behavior?

have you been able to respond on your watch? mine works for the most part fine but if i get a message i can only dissmiss cant respond. wondering if this is just me or if i should just go update to the beta watch os 2

I've upgraded to iOS 9 beta 2 on my iPhone 6 and I'm running into the same problem. My Apple Watch, running watchOS 2 beta 1, will not pair with my iPhone 6. Each time I try, all I get on the iPhone is:

Pairing Failed

Your Apple Watch couldn't pair with your iPhone.

Start Over

Same issue here, with the same software set.

I was able to overcome this by doing a 'reset all settings' on the phone....seems to be fine now......

I had tried a Reset Network Settings which hadn't worked, but this 'Reset All Settings' suggestion did the trick for my iPhone 6 and Watch 1.01.

A little annoying to have to reconfigure all the various location services / notifications etc. again, but it's cetainly better than a full content reset!

Same here. Exact same issue where it doesn't pair with Watchos 2 Beta 1 and iOS 9 Beta 2.

Have you tried the full reset, as advocated by others?

Of course it reset my wallet credit cards, AppleIDs in several apps, iMessage setting, background settings, passcode, fingerprints, background update settings, notification settings, high contrast/low transparency setting, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Joy.
