Installing iOS9

I am new to app development, and am having trouble installing iOS9 on a device.

I have downloaded it, and set up the certificate for the device.

But when I option click on restore in iTiunes it doesn't give me the option to select the .ipsw file - it just starts downloading iOS 8.3.

What am I doing wrong?

You have to hold down the option key while clicking restore, then select the .ipsw.

hold down the option key while clicking restore then select the IPSW

Then you good to go

Thanks - turns out I was using the cmd key not the option key. D'oh!

Will doing this restore the device, but install the beta? Or will it keep the data on the device, and install the beta?
