Just wondering if anyone else has the same issue as me..

Phone calls connect but then you can not hear the other party. Doesnt matter if via headphones or not.

Also noticed the phone app becomes unstable at the same time so its hard to end the call.

I managed to find the offending setting:

Goto General/Accessibility/Call Audio Routing and select "Automatic".

In previous iOS versions I had to set this to "Bluetooth headset" to correctly route the audio to my Belkin Bluetooth car kit.

As it may happen, Apple actually might have fixed a bug since one would expect that the correct setting should be "Automatic" all along.

I didn't try using my Car so we may need to toggle this everytime we go in and out of the car.

Having the exact same issue in Canada. Can't make a call on Rogers, App Store also failing.

Sorry..

Im running on iPhone 6 Plus on Telstra (Australia).

As a note, I installed this as an upgrade install and not a restore install..

Maybe has something to do with it.

Does the phone work when you call voicemail. I had a similar issue with a new iPhone 6. And tried everything and ended up having to have the device replaced.

I've found that it appears to let me call when I am using Wi-Fi calling? This is on an iPhone 6, UK, EE.

Just to make that clear, it works when I am calling though WiFi, not if I have it enabled and call though cellular.

I have visual voicemail. It works fine.

Also calls made and received while connected to a Bluetooth device (in my case a Bluetooth car kit) the calls work perfectly.

How ever when I just use the handset it's completely unstable.

Rogers working for me, AppStore definately not working correctly. Asking me for credentials every single app and returning with failures while also installing *some* of the apps.

Same issues here. AT&T 64gb iPhone 6. Can answer calls but no sound. Can place calls but no sound.

Placing calls, once I hit the call button, the phone apps goes blank except for the red end button which is unusable. Basically, the phone app is pointless.

Bluetooth DOES function just as would be expected both placing & receiving calls.
