iAd impressions down by 50%

Hello,

I know there is another thread to pertaining to iAd data. The one where it feels like every second person states that they are still owed money or a reply by Apple. I am not trying to recreate that thread - I am trying to understand a few other numbers besides revenue.

I too have noticed that the data in iTunesConnect got nulled. But I also noticed that ever since then my impressions have dropped by 50%. The fill-rate is in the high 90s and my daily userbase has not changed, nore has the time the users spend in the app changed. The click through rate is also more or less identical.

Could it be that Apple noticed that they were counting the impressions wrong? Just like the incident with the News app?

Has anyone else noticed a dramatic drop in impressions? Or is the cause some where else, like did they maybe change there refresh-rates?

Thanks for constructive replys.

Oh - and I forgot to mention something.

I also noticed that the eCPM in the last couple of days (has also risen). Also aprox. double the previous, now nulled, values. This was actually the thing that tiggered the thought of it maybe being an "impressions" problem.

I've noticed the exact same things. I've been getting about 60-70% of my usual impressions but with a much higher eCPM the last couple days. And my past data is also missing. Still waiting to hear some answers from someone.

Another update: I have also noticed that iAd is barely delivering iPhone ads. iPad is totally normal. Maybe this is the cause for a difference in impressions.

Update: for all finding this post in the future. Past iAd data has been repopulated and the impressions count was not changed/corrected. So there apparently was no error in the past. iPhone also now shows ads again. Is everything back to normal?!?
