I have an iPad Pro with the latest beta, and everytime I try to switch apps using the multitouch gesture (swipe with 4 fingers), my screen goes black for a second and then the new selected app appears. I have rebooted and closed every app, but it's still happening. Anyone with the same bug?

same here on ipad air 2. I've tried changing accesability settings, closing apps, resets, etc. Nothing seems to help. Didn't have this problem with the sexond beta.
Seconded, seeing this issue on my Air 2 as well with the 9.3 public beta 3. The problem doesn't seem to happen if you jump to the multi-tasking carosel first, and then switch apps. However, the multi-touch gesture to switch directly between apps causes that black screen. I've also had it get stuck on the black screen requiring a lock screen press and re-unlock.
