Server 5.0, configurator 2.0 and the 10.11 Release notes link all take me to my profile. The link for 10.11 itself worked fine. Anyone else seeing this?

Yes. Same behavior here for all the pre-release links. On hold with Apple Developer support. Will post any results shortly.
It's a known issue (they've received several reports). Apple is working on a fix.
Found a solution, I re-verified my email in the userID page it took me to and the download links started working.
