It was briefly possible in some of the iOS8 betas.
The goal is to allow barcode scanner, live OCR or other visual info to be input to any text field.
Is there any chance this could be made possible available in iOS9?

I strongly recommend to file an enhancement request. AFAIK this is not possible atm.
