Is there a premium support or service for enterprise provided by apple to reduce the application review time?
It take one week to update the application, since we work on critical government services this time considered long

yep !
if it's a critical bug fix you can request an expedited app review :
https://developer.apple.com/contact/app-store/?topic=expedite
You'll have to write the step to reproduce the bug, and be aware that apple will not accept too much expedited review...
Expedited reviews are not an answer. Apple just doesn't care. Reviews just hurt eco system and do nothing to keep the trash out. Be the hero that none of us are and release on google play first.
If you're distributing an enterprise app, then it doesn't have to go through review so your question doesn't apply. But if by "enterprise" you just mean some arbitrary measure of "developer size", no - it's a level playing field. An individual writing code on his laptop on the beach goes into the same queue as a company with hundreds of developers. That may not be true for the very biggest household names... companies like Facebook with deep OS integration probably do get special treatment. But the number of such companies is probably in the single digits.
And @rromanchuk - I believe you are wrong about app reviews doing nothing. iOS users are much more willing to spend money and install new apps. They have an intrinsic trust that apps won't contain malware / spyware or mess up other apps on their devices. That is entirely thanks to Apple's hard line approach to app reviews. Long term that generates MUCH more revenue for developers. That is my experience at least. Even though there are comparable numbers of devices out there, my sales are still 4 or 5x better on iOS than Android.
In my opinion the app review delay is a small price to pay.
I have an app "In Review" state for about 6 days and it is a very small app and when I say small, I mean only the default ViewController.swift was edited and it is less than 300 lines of code. And yes, my app doesn't use third party services.
This is my whole app, no more files changed except, of course, the related simple view from the Main.storyboard and it is under review state for 6 days long. You could create from scratch another 2 small apps during this time.
Actually during this time , my other app which is much more complex (thousands lines) was taken "In Review" and it was completely reviewed. ("Ready for Sale" state).
Two days ago I've wrote to Apple Review Team about this , but they didn't get me a response. What should I believe ?
Thanks!
If there is, you are unlikely to discover it here. If you are building critical services you should plan on including the appropriate time for review, both internally and for distribution in the App Store.
