Can't download IOS 9 \ Xcode 7

I am experiancing exactly the same problem..

I too am having issues getting a download. I can't even find any download links listed. I am a part of the developer program as well and thought it would be available now.

Same problem for me. If someone can find the reason. Welcome ...

Just confirm your email apple id. After that you can download it.

That is the solution for sure?

My Apple ID which I use all over my devices is my e-mail which is x.x@gmail.com

My Developer Apple id is XXXX (username) and the associated e-mail is the same x.x@gmail.com

So What do I need to do?

Chnage the primary e-mail on my x.x@gmail.com account?

That would result changing my Apple ID on all my devices?

That's kind of dumb isn't it?

Update:

OK, So I created a new e-mail address y.y@gmail.com

Made it my new primary e-mail in the developer account, verifyed and that's it.

Now I need to make a forwarding rule from it to my main gmail (x.x@gmail.com)

I have the same problem.

I just renewed my developer account and wanted to download Xcode 7 beta --> Redirection to My Apple ID

Tried to click on: Verification email sent. Resend >

But this does not work

I see no other possibility to verify my primary e-mail and I do not see a possibility to change my primary e-mail.

Any help is appreciated

I ended up going to http://www.apple.com/support/ and initiating a support call. Nothing I did on my end allowed me to resend the verification email, but once Apple re-sent the it from their end I was able to confirm my account and download the betas.
