No monthly payment from AppStore and no comments fro iTunesConnect

I work on Apple App Store more than a year publishing apps both for iOS and Mac. Since Jan 16 I had no issues with payment. But in the last month I saw no indication on a dashboard regarding upcoming payment and didn’t get the payment itself.


I had no changes in bank details or anywhere else, so I made first request in iTunes connect. Before when I made requests, I got the mails with notifications about the new tickets created by these requests. This time I got nothing in return.


Later I sent two more requests with the same result: no any feedback from Apple. So it looks like my account is under the radars: no payments and no support. Maybe this post makes it pay attention to the issue.

There's a threshold limit which must be reached before payment is given and I think this is dependent on what your native currency is.


If your sales for the month didn't reach that limit, then they'll be rolled over into the next month (and following months) until the threshold is reached and a payment can be made.

I'm far beyond limits, so this is not the case.

Posting here will not get you any attention from the people in charge. This forum is for developers to discuss topics among themselves.

But financial team is not available by phone and doesn't provide any feedback by mail / iTunesConnect. So what should I do?
