iAd Workbench

Hi,


I have set up a new camplaign and just recieved a comfirmation that the ad has been submitted but on the dashboard it says that the campaign is not complete. Can anyone help me with this?

You do know that Apple is closing the iAD Network end of July this year, right?


Apple isn't accepting new apps into the program, but I've no idea how the pending shutdown will affect new campaigns for existing apps - I'd guess with the program winding down, the amount of ads left in the pipe to be served are less and less every day now.

I don't know what's wrong here - all I can suggest is going through each page of the settings for your campaign and see if it complains about anything. After that, use the Contact Us links at the bottom to contact Apple directly.


Also, have you run a campaign for that app before? There maybe an issue with the winding down of iAd, though I've just managed to submit and run a campaign last week (for an app I'd previously run one for), and had no problems.


It is odd it accepted it as submitted, and then marks it as not complete though. I've not seen that before.
