I have a question about iad workbench updates. It shows that the ad has reached people but it doesn't show conversions. Under the ad, it says that the conversions data may be delayed for several hours. My question is: how many hours?

The iAD Program is being shut down. Staffers are being reassigned, etc., so it might be the normal processes will now be hit and miss until everything is wrapped up.
As for typical time, the docs have this to say about that:

Note: Reporting for some metrics might be delayed, and data displayed might be inaccurate until all metrics are updated. To ensure the most accurate data, allow at least an hour after specifying your criteria for all updates to finish.
