Firmware File is not Compatible Error

I have tried to install the latest beta of IOS 9.3 Beta 4 (13E5214d) since yesterday, and I keep receving the error that my phone "could not be updated becuase the firmware file is not compatible" every time it tired to update. I am curretnly running beta 4 (13E5200d) and I have not seen this issue on any previous builds. I have verified the latest iTunes is installed and that there is currently no other updates due at this time. In addition, I am running the latest OS X El Capitan 10.0.11.4 Beta (15E49a). Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

The phone is the 6s Plus 64GB

5200d is b3.

I'd confirm you're now actually trying to install b4 (13E5214d). Download it again, power cycle your device, make sure you're working with b4, then install.
