The option to use three fingers without click on the trackpad has been removed in El Capitan. I loved that feature. Was this done intentionally? If so, why was the feature removed? If it was not intentional, Apple, please re-add this feature into El Capitan.

Nevermind I found the setting. It is under Settings > Accessibility > Mouse and Trackpad > Trackpad Options... > Enable Dragging.

The option doesn't exist for me. I only see "without drag lock" and "with drag lock". I even tried turning off every three finger option under trackpad settings, but no go.
Is there any way to get this option back?
