I am not able to submit the archive to the app store. It is giving following error.
"iTunes Store operation failed, This action could not be completed.Try again"
The error message doesn't contain what error occured during upload.Anyone has faced the same issue?

But just to confirm, you can't archive or you can archive but can't submit?
Which version Xcode?
Have you tried using Application Loader?
Have you tried again as instructed?
I met this stituation when our developer use a beta version of Xcode
Having the same problem with Xcode 7.2 and Application Loader is rejecting my login credentials. I've tried rebooting. It is absolutely crucial to get this working. I've uploaded many times with this setup in the past, we need to know if there is a server problem.

Ran into a similar problem while uploading a TestFlight build. Using XCode 8.1 GM.
Upload was failing with this error on the "Authenticating with Itunes Connect" phase.
Resolved it by simply logging into my itunesConnect account in Safari.

This is still an issue even in Xcode 9.2 (non-beta).
Using Safari for adding builds to Testflight prevented this false error from appearing.
I don't use Safari as my default browser, but apparently I need to keep using it for proper functionality withing iTunes Connect and the Dev portal.
