Missing Apple Watch Activity Data

I have just installed iOS 9 on my iPhone 6 Plus and when it started up it wiped my apple watch and I had to set it up again.

After setting my apple watch up again I am missing the Activity Data for the last 48 hours, but when i look at the activity app on my phone the steps and what not are there but the rings for the last 2 days are both empty

I've seen the same thing. My entire health data repository on the phone and the watch has been erased.

Not sure if this is intentional or not, I'm posting a bug, since as a user, I would expect that to be retained.

This was mentionned as a possibility in the release notes ... that's why I didn't update, don't want to loose everything..

Always wise to read the release notes 🙂

So all your data is gone for this 48 hours in the health app? I have still everything. I guess we'll get our rings back once the bug is fixed because the data is existing.

I had the health app data removed too and ever since I cant get the health app to show any data from the watch, the phone, or any app tied to it. Are you guys seeing this too? Any fixes to try? I submitted a bug report for this too. Using iphone 6+ and 42mm stainless steel both with latest beta builds.

Hi Guys,

The same thing happened to me. I updated to iOS 9 on my 6 Plus and Watch OS 2 and, while activity is being tracked on my Apple Watch, there appears to be no syncing between it and the activity app on my iPhone.

Has anyone managed to figure out what's causing this?
