According to the developer documentation, to add a new version, I should:
To add an updated version of an app
- As an iTunes Connect user with the appropriate role, sign in to iTunes Connect.
- On the iTunes Connect homepage, click My Apps.
- Select the app. If you don’t find the app in the list, see Searching for Apps.
- Click + Version or Platform from the left pane.
A New Version dialog should appear, allowing me to enter a new version number.
When I do this nothing happens. How can I submit a new version?
