No New Version dialog

According to the developer documentation, to add a new version, I should:

To add an updated version of an app

  1. As an iTunes Connect user with the appropriate role, sign in to iTunes Connect.
  2. On the iTunes Connect homepage, click My Apps.
  3. Select the app. If you don’t find the app in the list, see Searching for Apps.
  4. Click + Version or Platform from the left pane.

A New Version dialog should appear, allowing me to enter a new version number.

When I do this nothing happens. How can I submit a new version?

Also I can validate the archive for direct distribution but when I try to validate it for the App Store I get this error:

Archive validation failed with errors:

iTunes Store operation failed.

Unable to process application at this time due to the following error: Invalid Provisioning Profile Signiture. The provisioning profile included in the bundle com.appname [com.appname.pkg/Payload/appname.app] cannot be used to submit apps to the Mac App Store until it has a valid signiture from Apple. For more information, visit the Mac OS...

It would be nice to know what the Mac OS... is.

I was able to obtain new valid provisioning profiles at the developer portal and add them with Xcode. This allows me to successfully validate my archive for the App Store, but the + Validate item still does nothing.

Also I uploaded a candidate build successfully but still have no new version button.

I am experiencing this exact same issue. Still have not found a solution/explanation.

I am in same issue too. Still no solution?
