iBooks crash on open on iPad mini

crash on open even after reboot.

with b3, for me, iBooks opens, but I'm unable to open any books. a spinner appears in top-right but nothing ever happens.

Some people who used their iBooks Store account for their iTunes Connect account also, are having conflicts. If this applies to you, you can contact Apple to see if they think that seperating the two accounts will resolve the issue.

Thanks. But I'll wait it out. This is happening on my iPad mini 3, but not on my iPad 4.

I already have two Apple IDs that I cannot merge (one is a personal one I've used for years, and the other is my university/pro account for Developer Enterprise Program) -- we were told they were going to work on giving us the abilty to merge them, but that was years ago -- don't need anymore accounts to manage.

I have the exact same problem on my iPad Air 2.

I also have this problem, on ipad mini 1

I have the same problem. Didn't happen with the developer beta, just the public one.

Hi,

Go to plane mode, turn your iPad or iPhone off and start again. You will be able to open ibook (if not before) and a book. Once it's started, you can turn back plane mode off.

I tried this, but it didn't work. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
