Has anyone else had a problem with getting iCloud Keychain to work? I put in the verification code but it just hangs.

yes just hanging, tried to do a full restore and reset but still didnt work, is this a UK issue?
I also have two stage auth turned on so is that a contributing factor perhaps?
I'm seeing the same thing here as well. All attempts to enable the keychain, or move it past "Pending" lead to the same error/loop that occurs when attempting to download some apps from the AppStore.
I'm getting this as well. Has anyone found a fix for it yet?
