Restore iPhone 4s with "Connect to iTunes" and Error 29.

Hello.

After the update iPhone 4s from 9.3 PB4 to PB5 the phone started to show the screen "Connect to iTunes". iTunes shows error 29 with all the options of flashing. how can I restore the iPhone?
