Is 'Restore Purchase' required for consumable IAPs?

Hey all,


Does the 'Restore Purchase' app review requirement apply to apps that offer only consumable IAPs? If so, can you please point me in the direction of the guidelines for implementing this correctly.

As far as I know, consumables aren't restored anyway, so there's no point. I don't know this for sure, though, so you might want to double-check the IAP documentation.

You do not need a restore function for consumable IAPs. It is your option whether or not you wish to allow the user to transfer or copy the IAP rights to a different device.
