Restoring from iCloud not restoring apps

Hi


I installed iOS9 beta yesterday, but all my apps keep saying "Waiting" and nothing happens.


Internet conenction form the phone is fine.


I've tried hard-rebooting the device.


I've tried resetting the network settings.


Is this a bug in iOS 9?

I left mine restoring overnight, and while it has been a slow process, they are all coming back. Very slowly... (I'm talking about 16 hour so far.)
