Did anyone encounter a problem where iCloud becomes unavailable? The drive disappears from Settings unders iCloud settings and naturally apps such as pages can't access the documents.
Any solution?

I have the same and can't put it back.
You are not alone. iCloud drive settings and app disappears. Try to hard and soft reset my device, but still the same result (iPhone 6 with iOS9).
