Where is the page to submit the extension?

This page [1] says it's at [2] where as [2] is 404

I suppose the link is to the new extension gallery that will be online this autumn. There seem to be no way to submit an extension to the old gallery.

The extension submittal link has been dead for ages. AFAIK, Apple doesn't warehouse them for you any longer.

The old submission link was https://developer.apple.com/submission/safari/

Now it redirects to another page.
