Can't download any downloads other than 10.11?

It takes me to my profile page instead, I was trying to download and install 10.10.4

Same problem here. I managed to upgrade to 10.11 but cannot get the link to Xcode download or iOS 9 install. Dropped onto profile page too.

I am having exactly the same problem, except I am redirected to My Apple ID.

Here the problem is a bit different:

-for team-members, even if they are admin, it is the same as with agl (redirected to My Apple ID)

-the 'master-account' can download all other stuff
