Shazam does not work in iOS 9.0 in Siri. Does anyone have the same issue?. I just hope that one from Apple will look at this and fix the issue.

Can you expand on "does not work", it's a little vague so the more informaiton the better...especially concidering this is a third-party app Apple really wouldn't have much opportunity to 'look at this and fix the issue', it might be an idea to drop an email to the Shazam support team if it's really that bad.
Shazam the app, or using the Shazam matching feature using Siri?
If through Siri, file a radar.
If it's the app, contact Shazam. It's B1, such issues are expected.
