How Long does it usually take to get the Membership Confirmation Email after making payment as a Single Person Organisation/Individual. Because my enrolment status has not changed from "Enrolment Pending" for the last two days. Should I be worried already?

I'm having the same problem, its been two days already but i got no confirmation mail. Strange this it. 😮 and whats your status? You got the confirmation mail?

in my account there is a "Complete Enrollmet" section where i get the message: "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now."
the first time i clicked and entered all the detail, now i'm waiting for the confirmation email, but the message is still there...
48 hrs or less in the US - maybe longer if outside.
I had the same problem, when I registered as a 'Single person organisation/Individual'. For two days I did not get any confirmation email and in my developer account it said, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now."
I simply contacted Apple Develop Program Support, here
Select subject as "Purchase and Activation", you will get a email about your request and then in a day or two you may get request for submitting government issued photo-ID proof.
After you submit your ID, you will get another email with your activation link and code.
