Mouse Cursor Growing

Not sure if this is a new feature or a bug so let's see if more people have this.

I installed the beta of 10.11 last night to start updating our app codes.

While working I've noticed that everytime when I move the cursor really fast it grows on screens and scales back when stopping/slowing down.

If this is a feature... it's definitely gonna take some time to get used to.

Also it's impossible to record this in either video or screenshot.

The OSX screenshot function removes the cursor automatically

and everytime I started a screen recording with either Quicktime or Camtasia 2 the "Feature" would not present itself.

It is a feature.

Good to know thanks!

on other threads like How to disable 'Call out your cursor'? people asking how to disable, but no answer given just yet.

apple has listed this 'feature' on el capitan preview page and named it 'Call out your cursor'.

It's a feature, but it can be turned off (as per bvr). This is Terminal command:

defaults write ~/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences CGDisableCursorLocationMagnification -bool YES

then restart and login.
