VPP or DEP simulators? Anyone find the download links?

Just tick the 'ios' search checkbox and expand the 'Mobile Device Management Protocol Reference' and you should see the download for the pdf documentation and the simulators.
Any hint where to find the updated documentation for iOS9?
Cannot find the MDM reference and the Configuration Profile Reference in the Downloads section or in the iOS9-Pre-Release Library.
Trust me I feel your pain. I think last year the new docs took a while to appear aswell.
The only thing you can do is start by downloading the new osx and apple configurator and export the plists to see new setting attribute names and values
Same procedure as every year... I'm more interested in the updated MDM ref. Seems we've to bug them tomorrow in the lab. ;-)

BTW I already tried out the new 11 or so restrictions and they seem to be working well so far as does the ChangeManagementState = 'Managed' feature to change user installed apps to managed apps without the need to reinstall them
It works really well so far.
Although they seem to have broken installing apps from the store in the InstallApplication command. Same thing with Managed Distribution apps.
Uploaded Enterprise apps still install just fine, but with store apps it gets queued to install but then if you pull managed application list from the device after you see the app goes into ManagedButUninstalled status
the latest protocol ref doc is available now with the simulators
Maybe try the install commant with the changed managed state. I think the doc states that it will install the app if it's not installed. So perhaps for now you just need to use that command too. Enterprise apps like you say definately work though.
I tried with and without the ChangeManagementState attribute and neither worked for installing a store app.
It is able to change already user-installed apps to be managed just fine, its just fresh store apps dont install anymore
The xcode logs looked just say the app is queued for install but nothing appears on the device home screen and after pulling a ManagedApplicationList command to see the status of pending app installs, it returns a 'ManagedButUninstalled' status for the app you just tried to install.
I've logged this with apple, they had a similar issue when ios8 prerelease came out too
If anyone is actually able to install store apps on ios9 still please let me know

Download the 'Mobile Device Management Protocol Reference'. It is bundled with it.
FYI if you googled this, you need to signup as a Enterprise developer and not the induvidual developer.
