In 10.11 beta 1, all the default email address in Mail when sending from an iCloud account appears to be username@me.com. I prefer to use username@mac.com, but it doesn't seem that the field is editable. So any email I send comes from an unfamiliar email address.
Has anyone else had this issue and figured out a workaround?
Similar issue for me, I actually have my compnay address forwarding to my icloud address, and have always had mail set up to use my compnay address and using my ownsmtp server. But now its defaulted the email address back to my icloud address, and greyed it out so I can not change it
I have had a look in some plist files but can't see anything to change.
