Anyone have their iCloud storage fill up after installing iOS 9 Beta 1? However when I go to manage storage, the numbers just don't add up.
iCloud is full after installing iOS9 B1
I have the same problem only its the local storage of my phone. SHows i have used all 113GB! When in reality its only:
17.2 GB
14.0 GB
2.8 GB
.....
bunch of mb but nothing really adds up
Yeah, I'm getting the same problem. Anyone figured out why this is? Doesn't seem to be widespread.
I got the same problem. All space seems to be eaten by a ghost iCloud Backup I can't see or delete.
I called iCloud support but they could not help...
If anyone (iCloud engineer) could help... I have no idea how I could reclaim this space...
Please see this post for steps to mitigate this and battery life issues:
The Battery Life FIX for Beta 1 - Confirmed on Mult. Devices
This is there in the release notes. I have a ghost backup too. I don't even have a lot to backup. We'll have to wait for beta 2.
It does not work for me. Lets's hope next beta fix the problem...
I had the same problem. It appeared to me that it must be an iCloud issue because it's the one thing that is spinning multiple processes almost constanty. I disabled iCloud services in settings. No issues now as far as storage but obviously I can't work with or test iCloud. I reverted to enabling iCloud and the storage issue is back again. An interesting note. If you reboot (Home Key + on/off together.) if you immediately look at storage it is correct. If you download and app from the App store you storage problem comes back. If you do the same with iCloud services disable then everything works fine...except iCloud.
Looks like iCloud backup is backing up Mail messages as well as mail settings. My iPhone 6 backup went from 3GB, to 13GB and I can't disable the mailstore backup.
Try to find out what is occupying your storage with OS X icloud settings
i had this problem, and the only way I managed to solve it was to visit iCloud via a non-Mobile device eg a desktop computer. In there, there was a way to view a graphic of the storage, and i deleted some old backups.
